The Buildings will be highly energy efficient with mechanical systems engineered for greater flexibility and control. These will be finely tuned during the construction phase to ensure that they are operating at optimum levels. Engineered metal solar screens, high-performance glass, and reflective roofing will filter and reflect the harsh South Florida sunlight, which, in turn, will require less cooling.
